it looks like I have passed the marker in the game but it is not turning green. does anybody have the same problem? did I miss an invisible mark?

Same for me. Maybe we have to pass its North end before it validates. Hard to know which angle it cares about without hacking the guts of it. It'll turn green eventually as long as your DTF is still going down.
