Router shows direct upwind sailing angle in Marseille-Carthage race

The path routed in the race is directly upwind according to the wind barbs and the wind barbs match the wind in the game. Is anybody else seeing this? Is this also affecting the predicted times calculations?

No, I think it's safe to say the router does not use invalid wind angles.
Probably the wind displayed on the chart doe not correspond the time of the routing. Look at the tooltips on the black dots. Check your start time and the displayed wind in the chart menu.
